Shipping policy

Orders will ship between 3-7 business days. If your order is expected to take longer we will reach out and communicate that. Pretty Plant Witch is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen in transit. An email with a tracking number is provided as soon as the package is sent, and it is the customer's responsibility to follow tracking to ensure the package arrives. Pretty Plant Witch is not able to refund packages that are lost or stolen.
