Orders are fulfilled within 3-5 days, primarily through USPS + UPS.  Orders can only be shipped to one shipping address, as entered. If you would like to have multiple shipping addresses, please place multiple orders. If you enter the incorrect spelling or address and your order cannot be delivered to you we can re-ship it at an additional fee once it is returned to us. If the order is not sent back to us and there was an error in your address there is nothing we can do. 

When your order is shipped, you will receive an email notification with a tracking number. Emails must be entered correctly to receive tracking information. Please double check all your information is correct before placing an order- Pretty Plant Witch is not responsible for the lack of tracking number due to errors.

Once an order has shipped, please reach out to the postal service for any questions. Pretty Plant Witch cannot locate a package once it has given to the post office. If an order is lost, please reach out to the postal service to file a claim. Pretty Plant Witch is not responsible for shipments lost in transit; once you have the tracking number it is your responsibility to locate your items.

Wholesale Policy

Wholesale accounts are accepted on a very limited basis. If you are interested in stocking Pretty Plant Witch goods, send an email to prettyplantwitch@gmail.com.

MINIMUMS: The minimum opening order for wholesale pricing is $150. Re-order minimums are $75. Prices and selections are based on availability of materials.

SHIPPING: Orders will ship via USPS or UPS within 14 business days. Shipping charges will be added to your invoice. You will be notified of a planned ship date once your invoice has been paid. Payment is required at the time of your order. If you are Portland local, you can opt for a local pick up option and waive shipping fees. 

ORDERING: To place an order, email prettyplantwitch@gmail.com and an invoice will be created for you.
